Order Lead Times

In-stock orders received and approved before 10.30am will be despatched the same day. Any orders received after that time will be despatched the following day.

 

Free Delivery Monday

If you choose free delivery Monday at the checkout, you won’t pay any delivery charges. Orders must be received before 10.30am on the previous Friday to qualify and deliveries will only be made to Cromwell Road. Your order will be delivered the next Monday after your order date.

 

Stock

Check the ‘stock tab’ on each product to see what’s available to order. If an item is not currently in stock but you would like to order, please contact us.

 

Maximum order quantities

Some items may have a maximum order quantity in place to avoid larger orders from taking all of the stock.

We understand that in some cases large orders will need to be placed for shows, events etc. If you need to place an order that is larger than the maximum order quantity please contact webstore@jsmbrandex.com with the product you require along with the quantity and when you require them.
